4. Finance & Account Management
Finance and account matter is the most crucial matter that needs security control, accuracy transacted and quick references. All documents and transactions must be auditable at any times with verification evidences to guarantee transparency of Invoicing and issuance of Receipts. We provide modern and standard computerized software program controlling over budget, spending, and producing of Balance Sheet, Comparative Account Reports, Cash flow statements etc.
5. Legal & Regulation Management
All Condominium and Village Juristic Persons need compliancy with Condominium, and Land Allotment Acts and other related laws. It is equality important that servicing contracts must be fairly made with sublet contractors. We have our own legal office and qualified attorney to handle legal matters for our clients.
6. Customer Service Management
Good relations and services with our valued clients are emphasized by organizing of various activities among co-owners, occupants and building staff. However, activity agenda and programs, such as Loy Krathong Festival, annual merit making, Children's Day etc. will be organized with prior concurrence of condominium / village committee.
7. Personnel Management

8. Controlling & Assurance Management
Working procedures have been set in compliance with Customer's policy and will be monitored / controlled by the manager designated on customer site working closely with Area Manager. Backup team at headquarters is centralized as controller on computerize accounting. Engineers and auditors pay periodically visit to site office for inspections. The Company is liable for actual cost of damage or loss caused by staff's offense or negligence, if any.
9. Review Management
Monthly meeting to review management performance is scheduled to be conducted by among the working team. To obtain feedback information, we organize at least two customer opinion surveys a year in order that improvement and fulfillment of customer's requirement can be developed properly. |
